Generally electrical and mechanical installation requirements are designed in tandem by our own designers working together to ensure compatibility and our design and build way of working means that our office design teams work in close collaboration with architects, builders, surveyors and specialist trades. PW Building Services’ engineering teams can also take on the main contractor roll with all the CDM implications this involves and our clients only need one dedicated contact for the whole process. We do everything from site appraisals and design to installation and beyond.

- Refurbishment of the Stevenage offices for the Institution of Electrical Engineers (now the IET). Value £1.6 million.
