Project Description
Full electrical refurbishment for Zurich Insurance offices in Farnborough including distribution, fire alarm interfaces, lighting upgrade and removal of legacy systems.
Scope of Works - Design and Project Management of:
Electrical Services
Remove existing redundant circuits and retain sub mains and landlord areas - mods to existing main sw/panels and metering to accommodate generators and additional distribution - new UPS in building N2 and relocation of existing UPS to building N1 and recommission - new under floor busbar throughout office area to serve floor boxes and pdu's to desks - provide power to all mech equipment - modular recessed luminaries throughout office and feature lighting luminaries to notional corridors/ reception / and breakout areas - new lighting control system with daylight and movement sensors - lighting and power to new kitchen and kiosk areas - main comms rm panel boards DB's to serve hub rms - new tv/sats - new FA system in both building and interfacing to generator/ups/mech/lifts/security ect- upgrade exiting lighting and protection - new clean earth systems - relocate existing generator for N1 and recommission - complete electrical nic testing to new and existing - pat testing to epuipment.
