Project Description
Electrical supply upgrade for Zurich Insurance office in Southampton including office and ancillary areas. Project also involved upgrades to lighting and fire alarms.
Scope of Works - Design and Project Management of:
Electrical Services
Upgrade power supply from 650kva to 1000kva - mods to main sw/gear to cater for ups and db's for café/kitchen and comms rms - metering to all db;s - dual underfloor busbar serving flr boxes and pdu's to desks - new lighting throughout office areas and feature lighting to breakout areas and café - FA mods to existing system to integrate both parts of the building into one also interfacing to generator and and mech equipment - new PA system - new - TVSAT system - upgrade lighting and protection - earthing and bonding throughout - test and commissioning to all services
