Project Description
Complete refurbishment of Waterstones flagship store on Piccadilly, London including cleaning, painting & relighting facade, complete renewal of electrical supply and upgrading H&V systems
Scope of Works - Design and Project Management of:
Mechanical Services
New tank on roof - air conditioning - AHU - clean kitchen and toilet extract -new water main - decommission boilers-remove redundant mech services - test and commission
Electrical Services
Decommission existing generator on roof, strip down and remove - upgrade power supply relocate existing main switch rm and install new panel - install rising busbar - replace all sub main cables to DB'S -provide temp generator for change over of main panel - install cold cathode lighting to front of building- lighting and protection - earthing and bonding throughout - electrical NIC testing throughout.
