Project Description
M&E works associated with design, supply, installation and commissioning of 3 call centre sites across the north west of England including electrical switchgear, HVAC, generators, domestic services & sanitary ware, internal fit out, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, security and network infrastructure data cabling.
Scope of Works - Design and Project Management of:
Mechanical Services
Cooling, Ventilation, Hot and Cold water services, Heating and Comfort Cooling, Above - Ground Drainage, deaf loop aids, Air Sampling system and mechanical equipment control panels and wiring. Testing and commissioning.
Electrical Services
Lightning protection, power cabling and outlets, general and specialist lighting and emergency lighting, external lighting and signage, BMS controls, fire alarm and air sampling systems, security and CCTV systems (Including door access and intruder alarm system), HV and LV distribution, backup 650KVA/520KW generator installation.
Data Systems
Installation of the structured cabling system throughout the three floors of the new offices. The cable infrastructure consists of enhanced category 5E unshielded, twisted pair (UTP) cable and components, which will provide the platform for the voice/data network services. A fibre optic backbone solution was installed to service this high speed network.
