Project Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical services for a major Old Trafford stadium extension involving the development of the east and west quadrants of the north stand, to provide an additional 8,000 seats bringing the capacity to 76,000 and extra hospitality providing catering for 2500. The works encompassed HV transformers, UPS, lighting, heating, generators, electrical services, public address systems, CCTV, security, access, fire alarms, emergency systems and site diversions.
Scope of Works - Design and Project Management of:
Electrical Services
Installation of High voltage systems, Uninterruptible Power Systems, Low Voltage Systems, Lighting systems, Fire Protection Systems, Communications & Information Systems, Security Systems, Exit Gate Release Systems, Emergency Refuge Telephone Systems, Public Address & CCTV Systems and Lightning Protection. Diversion of existing Services including Public Address, CCTV,TV & Aerial and cable systems, Police Radio & Vodaphone Aerial cables and the relocation of the existing North Stand generator.
