- Fit out of new offices at Spring Gardens, Manchester for PREMIER FOODS - £1.5 million.
- KELLOGG'S - Permanent site presence for maintenance and preferred installer for larger projects at Kellogg's production facility in Manchester. Most recent project being new canteen and new computer suite. - £400K.
- FREDERIC ROBINSON - Estate survey of over 400 licensed premises to evaluate compliance with RRO standards - £450K
- FREDERIC ROBINSON - Rolling term electrical maintenance contract for the Brewery, product packaging centre and over 400 Frederic Robinson licensed premises in Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire & North Wales - £1.5 million/annum
- FISHERMAN'S FRIEND - Fit out of new cleanroom facilities in a food manufacturing environment for Fisherman’s Friend manufacturing facility in Fleetwood including stainless steel containment, then decommissioning and stripping out obsolete production facility - £200K
- Electrical fit out of 9 new PRÉT A MANGER outlets in London and surrounding areas. Projects included full electrical installations, lighting and kitchen supplies - £550k
